EQUIPMENT SERVICING & REPAIRS

EVDS offer regular servicing & repairs for most models of PowerFloat, PowerLight & Terafloat products, as well as EVDS Speculums.

How to submit equipment for servicing or repairs;

Download the appropriate form below, completing as much information as possible.
Package equipment, exclude items like batteries, chargers unless part of the problem.
Place the completed form in with your equipment and ship to the address below.
Once EVDS receive your equipment, it will be reviewed and a quote prepared which will be discussed with the contact you list on the form.
If the quote is approved, we will endeavour to have the work completed within 7 days.
On completion, all invoices must be paid in full before goods are released.
