Drill not working or intermittent running or speed control

  • Flat battery

  • Corrosion of internal PCB

  • Dirty terminals

  • Gearbox bearings vibrating

  • Leaving wet drill in closed case without completely drying the equipment.

  • Bearings needing replacement.

  • Send to EVDS Technician

Flat or Chamfer shafts not working properly

  • Stripping of gears

  • Shaft dropped

  • Lack of maintenance 

  • Shaft not engaging in drill properly

  • Circlip on drive shaft missing

  • Send to EVDS Technician

Shaft not engaging in red collar easily

  • Red collar cannot retract fully

  • Build up of tooth dust

  • Dust sticking red collar

  • Remove red collar & clean OR

  • Send to EVDS Technician
