In compliance with Equine Veterinary & Dental Services Pty Ltd and PowerFloat Inc. (hereinafter referred to as PowerFloat) the terms and conditions related to this sale being, the purchaser is a licensed veterinarian and hereby agrees and acknowledges the following:
· The use of the PowerFloat is restricted to a licensed veterinarian.
· Veterinarians are the only persons legally entitled to sedate, restrain and conduct dental procedures on equines.
· PowerFloat strictly prohibits the resale or use of PowerFloat to or by any individuals other than licensed veterinarians.
In the spirit of compliance with Australian, New Zealand, American and Canadian veterinary jurisdictions PowerFloat prohibits the resale of the PowerFloat to anyone other than a licensed veterinarian.
