The PowerLite Mk V has been re-designed from the popular PowerLite Mk IV with a new compact battery case and the same high intensity LED light source. The PowerLite 5 is now powered by four lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, instead of six.
 
Its compact, water-resistant design makes this product the most reliable and convenient light source available to practicing Equine Veterinarians.

PowerLite Mk V comes with a 6 month manufacturers warranty.
 
PLEASE NOTE
The PowerLite MK4 and Powerlite MK5 use different size Trustfire batteries. It is important to follow the manufacturers instructions carefully. As the batteries for Powerlight Mk 4 are different milliamps to the Powerlight MK5, it is important not to mix them up. 
It is a good idea to have a spare set of Powerlight batteries that can be fully charged & ready for use at any time
Each batch of 4 to 6 rechargable batteries used in a power light MK4 or MK5, should be colour coated so that when one of those batteries fails the whole batch is thrown out. This is both a safety and work efficiency strategy.
The power light and its battery should be stored in a cool dark place and not get above 40°C
