LOAN EQUIPMENT
Loan equipment is reserved for clients who are sending in their own equipment for repair or service at EVDS.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $250+gst will be collected upon completion of this agreement.
POSTAGE
All postage from EVDS to Client will be added to the Hire Invoice, postage of return equipment will be client's responsibility.
USAGE FEE
Usage fee for equipment is $250+gst per week, with first week covered with deposit fee.
HIRE PERIOD
EVDS will endeavor to have equipment shipped prior to hire period and must be shipped (with tracking) no later than the day after completion of hire period. Extra fees apply for late returns.
CARE CONDITIONS
Maintenance and care for equipment while in hire period must be adhered to. Damage to equipment will be charged at full rate repair costs to the client. Loss or irreparable damage will be charged at replacement cost of any lost or destroyed equipment.
