Comes with the coloured comfortable grip. The blade is usually positioned to be used on the pull stroke. The head has a slight angle. With this, the tool is used on the entire lower arcade, upper 11s and on the upper 4th and 5th cheek teeth. Its total length is 18 inches which is 2 inches shorter than the "horse" sized version.
This handle is uniquely sized and shaped to allow easy, fast and effective access to the very back sharp points on the upper cheek teeth.
